Retail Customers
Payment
Official Orders from Recognised Educational and Governmental Establishments: Goods will be dispatched on invoice, with payment due within 30 days from date of invoice.
Other retail orders: Goods will be dispatched on receipt of full payment in advance. Payment may be made by:
1. Cheque payable to “Studio Music Company” (in Pounds Sterling)
2. Postal Order
3. Credit Card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard)
4. Debit Card (Switch)
5. International Money order in Pounds Sterling (free of all charges to us)
6. Direct to our Bank – details on application
All goods remain the property of Studio Music Company, until all sums due to the company, whether in respect of these Goods or otherwise, are paid in full by the Customer.

Postage
All orders dispatched to addresses in the UK will be subject to the following charges as a contribution to postage and packaging:

UK Orders will be dispatched by the most economic means unless an alternative is requested. If the order is split, the appropriate charge for the whole order will be applied when the first part of the order is dispatched, with no further charges levied on the remainder of the order.
International orders will be dispatched by the most economic airmail, unless an alternative method is requested. Exact postage is charged on all international orders, with a minimum charge of £2.00.
Returns
We do not supply complete sets of music on a sale or return basis. We do not accept returns of goods for credit or exchange, unless faulty or supplied in error. We offer an approval service to recognized conductors and teachers to ascertain suitability of music. This applies to all Band and ensemble music, whether purchased by an individual or an organization. |
